Making BI Query Report

To make BIQuery Report you have to follow the given steps:--

  1. Selecting Definition à BI Query
  2. A list of existing reports opens.
  3. to create a new click “Add” button at the top-right corner.
  4. Data model form is opended.
  5. A new unique Model ID is generated automatically.
  6. Choose Database in the list displayed by the Database combo box.
  7. The next combo box shows all the tables which are there in the selected database.
  8. Choose the table(s) which are required to make report.
  9. Click “Add to List” button.
  10. Columns of the selected table will be displayed in the selection window.
  11. Now select the columns you want by using arrow keys. The selected values will be displayed in the window side by.
  12. If you want to know about the tables selected, you have to click “Table View” button.
  13. The “Table View” will display description about all the tables selected.
  14. Mention the name of the report model and click “Next”.
