Report Code:
Code of the report which is entered at the time of registration of the report.
Mapping Fields
Version: Tells about the version used in the mapping
field.
Mapping Fields
Section: This is the section filed name as set in the
section info form in report register. Choose the section name.
No of Header Fields:
Number of headers attached with the report.
Effective From:
Date from which the report is effective.
Format Source Name:
Name of the template file which is used to make report and display the report.
The format of display of report is predefined in the format source file.
Mapping Fields List:
List name of the report.
No of Footer Fields:
Number of footers (foot notes) attached with the report
Format Version No:
Version number of the format which is used.
No of Sections:
Number of sections used in this report.
List Type:
Type of list
No of Columns &
Rows: The number of rows and columns you want to
display in the report. By default number of rows and columns are same as
defined at the time of registration of the report (by passing Query). If you
want to add new fields for calculation or aggregation purpose, you can do so by
creating new columns and rows.
Click
“Generate” to show the format and description of all columns which are to be
displayed in the report.
