Data Mapping Field (Maker)

Data Mapping is the report-display section of Kautilya. User can specify various parameters which is required to be displayed on the report section.

A list of un authorized data mapping fields are showed here.

The description of the report is as follows:-

S.No: Serial number of the report.

Selection: Check box to select the report.

Field ID: Field Id of the report which is unauthorized.

Report Code: Report code which is mentioned in the Report Register form.

Effective From: Date from which the report is effective.

Version: Version of the report.

MC Status: Status of the report. There are three possible states of a report and this shows the present status of the report. The three states are: New (N), Modified (M), Deleted(D).

Maker: Maker is the user who made this report.

Maker Date: Shows the date when the report was made.

To add new report follow the following instructions:-

If report is new then click “Add”.
A pop up window with all the newly created report is displayed.
Select the report and click “Save”.
Click “Exit” to come back to the Report Mapping Field form.
The report is added in the list shown. Now the report has to be authorized. To authorize the report go to Definition à Data Fields à Author
A list of un-authorized data field reports are displayed.
Select the report and click “Authorise” , The report will be authorized.
To verify this you can click “Authorised” to see the list of authorized reports.
