The description of
the fields associated with rows and columns are as follows:-
S. No: Serial
number.
Sel: Selection, To choose you have to check this field.
Field Name: Name of the field
(Attributes) as the system defines.
Field Data Type: Data type of the attribute.
Rounding Factor: if data type is numeric type then you can set rounding
factor for data.
Rounding factor may
be 1, 100, 10000, etc.
No Data Sign: This option sets how NULL is treated? You can set options
for NULL values.
Data signs are:
This field shows how the data field will be represented. The options are “-”,
“0”, “Blank”, “N/A”. You can set any one of it and where the data appears the
value will be replaced by the sign you have selected.
Zero Data Sign: After applying the rounding factor if data becomes zero in
this option you can set options that how zero will be treated. If you set
“Blank” for this field the zero value will be replaced by “Blank” in the
report.
Rounding: Rounding
level for float/double type values. Here you can set the number of decimal
places you want.
Minus Sign: To set negative values, you can select the sign to be shown
when report will be opened.
Field Type: This field tells abut the type of field, whether it is data
filed or not a data filed (aggregation field). It it is data field this
displays “D” otherwise “C”.
Formula: Formula
applied on the field. If it is totaling filed or aggregate filed you can write
you formula here for average, max, min, sum etc.
Level: If formula is set for the column then in this option you
can set the level or preference of performance of formula. During calculation
you can set which formula would be executed first and which one after
that.
Total: This is total
field.
