In this section user can use the data model created by administrator and authorize the user to use it.

User can use and make appropriate modification according to his/her requirements.

There are two sections in this form. One is Data Models and the other is Data Models (User Preference)

Data Models

After making the data model the administrator (Define à BI Query) will give permission to the user to use these models.

If permission is given to the user, the model with description will be shown in the Data Models list.

Data Models (User Preference)

This is particular (presently logged in) user’s modified data models. In this section, data models with description is displayed which is being modified by the user. Now the modified data model will work as user’s data model and he/she can delete or modify the contents of it.

S.No: Serial number of the data models authorized to the particular user.

Model ID: Data model ID that is set at the time of creation of the model.

Model Name: Name of the Data model.

Effective From: Date from which the model is effective.

Version: Version of the data model.

Maker: User who made the data model.

Maker Date: Date on which the data model was made.
