Report Name (Bilingual) is the name of the report given by the user in the language supported by

kautilay.

The following constraints is to be followed while naming the Report:-

1. Report Name should not be duplicate.
2. Report Name should follow the standard naming conventions.
3. There should not be any blank spaces in between names.
