Report Scheduler

Report scheduler shows reports for which schedule is set to “Yes” in the Report Register Maker form (at the time of registration of the report).

It generates all the reports which should be generated till date (including all pending reports). It works with business date set for the system.

e.g. if user has set “daily” as frequency for report and no reports are generated since 4 days; the scheduler will generate all the reports including the pending reports.

Follow the following step:-

i. Click “Search” with or without passing parameter.

ii. A list of reports according to the set frequency will be displayed.

iii. Choose the report you want to schedule and click “Generate”.

iv. To Re-Generate the report click “Re-Generate”.

Note: If the report is parameterized then it will not run by the scheduler.

If the report frequency is set as “As and When” it will not run by the scheduler.
