This is the list of reports which are made previously and you can run this report as on your requirement.

The reports are generated on the basis of the frequency you have set at the time of definition of the report.

Example: let you have set frequency as “monthly” and time duration is 1 year then the number of reports that can

be generated is 12; (on the basis of frequency).

The terms associated with this form is as follows:-

Report: List of report names which are already made but can be generated.

Data as On:

Generated on: Date on which the report is generated.

Frequency: Frequency of generation of report.

Version: Version of the report. Which version this report is?

To run the report follow the following instructions:-

Check the selection check box of the report.
Click “Generate” button for generating the report.
If parameters are set for the report; the parameter window is opened.
Pass the appropriate parameter(s) and click “Submit”.
If it will show “Please Wait…” The report generation is started.
If it shows “Error in generation” then it means that there is some problem in generation of the report.
To view the cause of error, click the hyperlink. Error is displayed in a pop up window.
Check all your entries and try again. If the problem persist then call your system administrator.
When the report will be generated it will show “Generated” .
To view the report click the hyper link.
Report is displayed in the “Kautilya” viewer.

Note: During generation of report you may watch flickering of your window.
