Rounding Rules: The floating point values in a report can be formatted  according to  one’s requirement. You can define Rounding Rules as per the  requirement. For Example, Rounding rule can be defined for rounding up or  down and truncate the Floating point values. When you click on Rounding Rule  option. New screen  opens where you have following Buttons.

ADD       : Click on 'ADD' button to create a new rounding rule and following screen opens.

DELETE : Select the Rounding Rules you want to delete and click delete button.

EXIT       : By clicking it ,you can exit the Rounding Rule menu.

(a)  Rounding Rules

         Rounding up          : It is used to round up the decimal value.
         Rounding down     : It is used to round down the decimal value
         Truncate                : It is used to truncate the decimal value.

(b)  Length
       It specifies up to what level Rounding up or down and truncate is to be performed                                         .
(c)  Rounding Name
 
           Specify the rounding names such as Rounding1,Rounding2 etc.
           Example: Rounding up on value -98.1213, with Length=1
                          in Result Returns value 98.13
              
                          Rounding down on value  98.123 ,with Length=1
                          in Result returns Value 98.12
